Lisa is the author of Prayers in Babylon, a book of prayers providing a clarion call to parents to bathe their college-bound children in prayer. Ms. Blake holds a Master’s Degree in Advanced Practice Nursing, she is a teacher, minister, and self-proclaimed Word Nerd. She has been involved in all aspects of ministry including Youth and Campus Ministry, Director of Christian Education, and member of the Ministerial Executive Board. She holds a nationally recognized certification in Coach-Mentorship and has coached and mentored hundreds in matters of the heart, career, education, training, leadership, navigating change, and corporate culture. Most important to Ms. Blake is her work in God’s kingdom and her son Matthew. If you need encouragement, Ms. Blake is your sister-friend, confidante, coach, and chief cheerleader.
